Brant's Trial Ends: Issues still to be Addressed: Julian Fantino's Actions

Shawn Brant's Day in Court: The Mohawak Spokesperson faced a dozen years in prison for his actions during the CN rail line and Highway 401 blockades which took place in April and June, 2007. Three counts of mischief, entered against Brant, concludes the matter but not the issues: the lack of drinking water in the community and the actions of OPP Commissioner Julian Fantino.

Lawrence Square Still! Gets it Wrong: Last month, The Toronto Tribune reported on an abuse of the use of Handicapped Parking Spaces at Toronto's Lawrence Square Mall. After the publication of our article exposing their poor monitoring of the handicapped parking spots; letting two able bodied people use them, which forced a man who could barely walk to park illegally.
