Blair's on the list he earned over $270,000.
Under the 1996 Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, Toronto's Cops are required to disclose
the names, positions, salaries and taxable benefits of employees who were paid $100,000 or more per year.
In 2007 769 earned over $100,000 of these men and women 622 of them or 80 percent of them have a base
salary which is normally under 100K a year.
This list isn't even all 769 of them.
