Dear Bill Blair

You need help! That was so obvious to The Toronto Tribune at the recent Taser smoke & mirrors forum held at Police Headquarters in Toronto.

Now it is obvious we aren't your biggest fans. We hold you accountable for the rogue officers who pushed the disabled at a protest. We hold you accountable for the 5 officers at 51 division that do not adhere to the Toronto Police values. We find it irresponsible to ignore violence against women for your million dollar shopping sprees. It's offensive to watch you spend money that doesn't belong to you and continually ask for more. But Billy, you need help and The Toronto Tribune does not discriminate. Our mandate is to be a voice for Torontonians  that need help, anyone and everyone, even self-serving hacks.

While you were able to follow the biased presentation with interest, your attention wandered when the public had their chance to speak. The most pressing matter on your mind was your fingernails. That explains everything to The Toronto Tribune. It is not shameful for men to worry about the appearance of their nails. Though it really shouldn't be done when they are on the job, like you did. Throughout the Q&A Session you chewed your nails. Though occasionally you did whisper with the man on your left. Obviously you were discussing the best nail care products that are on the market. Some of the manufacturers should be arrested for the poor quality of their wares - was that the focus of the conversation that drew your attention instead of what the public had to say about Tasers? Perhaps you sought his advice on what color would work best for you, Bill. With your drab uniform this must be a big worry for you - we're here to help.

May we suggest Opi's "I'm not Really a Waitress". It sends a powerful message with a  vibrant red hue and will look really good when you hold one of those pesky Tasers in your hands. Your nails will be simply gorgeous!

Until the Taser Forum we couldn't figure you out at all. Your obsession with spending as much as Toronto's money as possible, despite receiving the largest chunk of the city's budget, is an issue. There are far more pressing matters like poverty than arming the police with Tasers or spending millions on a few cameras to bother the poorest of the poor. Especially while neglecting to deal with the problems within the police force some of which have been reported here. Chewing your nails doesn't improve their appearance, we're so sorry to have to be the ones to tell you but Bill, we only have your best interests at heart. Red really is your color! Now that you are armed with this pertinent information perhaps at the next forum to find out the public's opinion you might actually pay attention when the people speak.

With our kindest regards,

The Toronto Tribune
