Marching along the PATH: Poverty issues are on the forefront of the city's agenda. Everyone's talking but what about action. The Ontario Coalition Against Poverty brings the issue to the heart of Toronto's shopping center, the downtown PATH, in a mass panhandle scheduled for December 12th. What have the affected businesses got to say about the issues. "It's not our property." was the immediate response from TD Canada Trust, and "It's not TD Bank's concern".
